This scenic drive is designed for the passengers who wish to see the island on
a tour that involves little or no walking.
Board your open air safari bus or an air conditioned van and travel through Road
Town. During your trip your diver/guide points out to the sights of interest and provides
commentary on the island and its history. Travel to Capoons Bay and drive past the infamous Bomba Shack, a beach bar that has to be seen to be beleived.
| From Capoons Bay you will head up to the mountains, stopping for a photograph of the coast below. Your route continues to Cane Garden Bay, a beautiful white sand beach framed by palm trees. Drive across the picturesque mountain ridges to your final stop at the Moorings, where 100's of charter sailboats are anchored. You have a few minutes to browse the shops prior to returning to the ship. |
